Description
A loaf of bread made with natural rye sourdough starter and wheat flour. Best of both worlds, golden crumb of a classic wheat loaf leavened with our rye starter. Its ideal flavor comes from the natural sourdough and an over 24-hour process of dough fermentation and shaping. Size: approximately 650 grams. Upon request, we can add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or even dried cranberries.
Ingredients: wheat flour, rye flour, water, salt, selected additions.
