Hi, I’m Maryna Kurnicka. Some of you probably recognise me from cooking Polish food, pierogi, and croquettes. Cooking has been a constant presence throughout my entire life, both professionally and as a hobby. Whatever I do, all my paths seem to lead back to the kitchen.

This time, I would like to invite you to try my bread. Baking bread has been a part of my kitchen for many years, but this is the first time I am inviting you as an official bakery. Even though this is a home bakery, the entire process is conducted in accordance with official Food Standards guidelines.
