🍞 How to Order Your Freshly Baked Bread

Welcome! We’re delighted you’re here. All our artisan bread is baked fresh just for you. To ensure you get the freshest loaf possible, every order is made on request.

Please note: From the moment you order, it takes us 48 hours to mix, ferment, shape, and bake your bread to perfection.

Please keep this 48-hour lead time in mind when planning your order and selecting your delivery or collection day.

 

Your Simple 4-Step Guide

Here’s the best way to get your hands on our bread:

Step 1: Visit Our Online Shop

  • Browse our selection of artisan loaves and other bakes.
  • Choose your bread and add any special additions or extras to your cart.

Step 2: Choose Your Fulfilment

  • During checkout, decide how you’d like to get your bread.
  • You can choose Delivery (Mon-Fri) or Collection (Sat).

Step 3: Select Your Payment

  • Choose the method that works best for you.
  • We offer secure online card payments or pay on arrival (cash or contactless).

Step 4: We Bake!

  • Once your order is confirmed, we get to work! We’ll start preparing your dough for its 48-hour journey. You’ll receive a confirmation letting you know when to expect your order.

 

🚚 Delivery & 🛍️ Collection Details

Home Delivery

  • Availability: Monday – Friday, a minimum order of 8£ applies.
  • Cost: £2
  • Area: We cover most of Aberdeen City. (You can confirm your postcode at checkout).

Collection (Saturdays Only)

  • Availability: Saturdays
  • Cost: Free
  • Location: Collection is from our stall at local farmers’ markets.

IMPORTANT: As market locations and times can vary, please contact us before placing a collection order to confirm the exact date and collection point.

 

💳 Payment Options

We offer two easy ways to pay:

  • Pay Online: Pay securely with your credit or debit card when you check out.
  • Pay on Fulfilment: Choose to pay when you receive your order. We accept cash and are fully equipped for contactless card payments for both delivery and collection.

 

Quick Reminders

  • Order in Advance: All bread requires 48 hours‘ notice.
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Collection Day: Saturday only (and please contact us first!).
